Children and vegetables are often an explosive combination. Severo knows this all too well. A few days ago he lost his patience when he was trying to get his granddaughter, María, to eat the broccoli he had prepared. It was all recorded on the mobile phone of Abel, his eldest grandson, and now he doesn't know what to do. Will he find a way to stop the children from wanting to run away every time there are vegetables to eat? A story about vegetables, yes. A story about stories, too. A book about everything else. A sweet and tender story about care, intergenerational relationships and love. But also about the power of stories and fantasy.
