Las Fauces del Abismo

A collection of stories about beasts, understood as an allegory of ferocious humans, this book plays with the tradition of bestiary in Latin American short stories. An infinite number of tales have emerged throughout cultures and have urged some to begin viewing themselves through their cultures' monsters. A miscellaneous narrative on the beliefs, traditions, and cultures, this book touches on the Talmud, European travelers, Buddhism, and many other topics.
