Lauren Okie is the USA Today bestselling author of Tropesick and The Best Worst Thing. She's interested in writing hard-fought, messy love stories that break as many rules as possible. Her work has been translated into ten languages and counting. Originally from Miami, Lauren studied English and American Literature at New York University. She lives with her husband and daughter in the Los Angeles area.
