Harris, MBA, is managing director for strategy and planning at Veralon, a healthcare management consulting firm. Harris has over 30 years of healthcare experience in consulting, management, and entrepreneurship. His work focuses on strategy, the transition to value-based payment, and partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions. He has consulted to hospitals and health systems, accountable care organizations, and clinically integrated networks. Harris is a faculty member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, teaching seminars on strategic planning and the future of healthcare.
