It's every child's dream, to be held by a giant, soft, teddy bear. For some adults, it remains a dream, realized in the purchase of massive teddies at Christmas time. The only thing better than a giant teddy bear, is one that houses your favorite snacks, games, rides, and toys. A teddy from which flows the most delicious cotton candy, free for all. A teddy so big and legendary, it can be seen for miles, and that's how far people come to see it, to touch it, to taste its heavenly treats. It's a wonderful, lovely dream that turns into a nightmare and dies for two young girls. Curious and precocious Alanna Tierney had just one question. How is the cotton candy made? It's a question adults have learned to never ask, not about sausages, not about magic, and in this case, not about cotton candy. But Alanna asks, and she drags her sister along to find the answer. What they discover will make sure they never see teddy bears, fun parks, or cotton candy the same.
Nadi is the author of the urban fantasy series The Demon Cleaner in addition to the short story collection Bumpy, The Ghost and Other Ghost Stories, a collection of tales that are sometimes spooky, sometimes humorous, but always featuring the deceased. She also dabbles in voice acting and narration. Her first work of narration is The Kingdom in the Middle, available on Spotify. She is a simple author who likes to travel and live in random places. She is currently living and working in Upstate New York. (She thinks it's Upstate. There was some conversation among New Yorkers about what is and isn't Upstate. She's from the Midwest. She didn't understand it.) She writes urban fantasy, science fantasy, mystery, and occasionally, gets creative and shares opinions on random aspects of writer life. She often daydreams about whichever celebrity she has a crush on at whichever time. She hopes to one day adopt some cats and kids.
