Build Healthcare Businesses That Work Clinical brilliance doesn't guarantee business success. Every year, talented healthcare professionals launch practices and watch them struggle because medical training never covered cash flow, compliance, or scaling operations. The Business of Healing fills that gap. Stephen and Sterling Carter, fraternal twins who've built and scaled therapy, hospice, and staffing companies, deliver the practical business education healthcare professionals need. Inside, you'll discover: - how to shift from clinician to CEO and build teams that scale without your constant involvement - create systems and processes that maintain quality as you grow - navigate healthcare compliance and become bankable to lenders and investors - leverage technology and automation to reduce burnout and improve patient care Grounded in real-world experience and packed with actionable frameworks, The Business of Healing shows clinicians, executives, and aspiring entrepreneurs how to build profitable, people-first healthcare ventures. This is your mini MBA for an industry that desperately needs mission-driven leaders.
